Tshilidzi Dlamini

​She began her career as an environmental officer in waste management at theDepartment of Environmental Affairs in 1998. She also worked as auditor (ISO 14001) at SABS. Her role included conducting third party audits in mining, petrochemical and service companies. From SABS she re-joinedthe Department of Environmental Affairsin the capacity of deputy director where her responsibilities included climate change response and international negotiations.  She then joined the Anglo American Platinum Polokwane Smelter as an Environmental Coordinator.

She is currently the Group Manager: Environment and Sustainability at PPC. In this role she is the custodian for environmental and sustainability issues.  She oversees environmental compliance including water, waste, air quality, biodiversity etc.

She holds a Masters degree in Environmental Management.
